Note: These terms are for website edits made for existing clients. For terms of my full website design services, please see your individual contract of work.

If you want something implemented but are unsure as to what is possible, or have any confusion, please do contact me. I am very happy to put forward suggestions, and talk through potential options so you can make an informed decision. Sometimes two heads is better than one!

If you have a deadline you wish to meet, please let me know in your initial contact about the work. I will let you know whether I am able to meet your deadline.
All content for website amendments must be provided by you. I may be willing to source images on your behalf by written agreement, which will be chargeable at hourly rates (not including additional costs for stock photography).
Please send all images as high resolution jpgs (in their original format). Do not send images embedded in documents, such as Microsoft Word or Pages documents.

My rates are currently £30/hour, and I charge in hourly increments. My hourly rate is reserved solely for existing clients.
I will give an estimated cost for each piece of website editing work requested.
In the majority of cases, invoices will be emailed after work completion for the full amount of work. Due dates and details for payment can be found on your invoice.
If a project is delayed for more than 2 weeks for any reason, I will send an invoice for the amount of work carried out up until that point, payable upon receipt.
Late payments will incur a fee of 3% for every week the overdue invoice remains unpaid. If you have an exceptional circumstance for a delayed payment, please do let me know as soon as you can.
Depending on the nature of your problem, you may find it beneficial to contact your hosting provider. I particularly recommend this if your website is entirely offline, or experiencing slow response times. They’re often a really friendly and helpful bunch!
