FAQ

What payment plans do you offer?

You can pay upfront, or split payments into two or three monthly instalments.

How long does it take to design a website?

Most websites I design take 4 – 8 weeks to complete. Larger scope projects may take longer than this – I give estimated timings when I respond to applications.

What ongoing/extra costs are there?

While WordPress itself is free to use, you will need to purchase a hosting package and a domain name which incur yearly costs.

I recommend Siteground for hosting. Their StartUp package costs around £10/month (payable yearly).

Domain names vary in cost, but unless you wish to purchase something very niche you should be able to find one for around £15/year.

If you have specific functionality requirements which require premium plugins on your website, you will need to pay for these. These can be one-off purchases or yearly or monthly subscriptions. I will advise you of the options available so you can make an informed decision.

Do I have to buy a WordPress theme?

No. I extend usage of my Lifetime Divi License for the entirety of the time you use a website designed by me. Check your contract for details!

I have a question not covered here

No problem. There’s a section for you to ask any extra questions in the application form, or you can drop me an email at rhiannon@rhiannonadler.co.uk
