Terms of Service

It means a lot to me that we build a healthy, happy working relationship together. I promise to carry out work for you to the best of my ability, in exchange for you agreeing to respect my terms of service.

Terms & Conditions for Clarity calls and follow-up calls

Availability

Please enquire for availability. Clarity calls and follow-up calls are available Monday to Friday between 11am – 5pm, and must be booked at least 5 days in advance.

Payment

Payment must be made in full prior to the call taking place. I will send an invoice once a time for the call has been agreed upon.

Accepted call methods

I usually carry out Clarity calls via Zoom. If you would prefer, you can request a call via Skype or Microsoft Teams – just state your preference when confirming the time of the call.

Cancellations

Should you wish to cancel, please contact me at rhiannon@rhiannonadler.co.uk as soon as possible. If you give 5 days or more notice of cancellation, you can receive a full refund. If less than 5 days notice of cancellation is given, no refunds are applicable, but you can re-arrange the session at no charge.

Missed sessions

In the case of missed sessions, no refunds will be given. It might be re-booked once at my discretion.
