Build an Instagram landing page in Divi

by Rhiannon Adler | Aug 25, 2020 | Running a business, Social media, Website editing

If you have an Instagram account for your business, you’re probably all to familiar with the quandry of what link to use in your bio. It’s certainly one of my enduring frustrations that links placed into Instagram captions don’t actually work as...

Are you using images legally online?

by Rhiannon Adler | Jul 24, 2020 | Running a business, Website editing

It’s a common misconception that images online aren’t copyrighted. They are. ALL images online legally belong to the person who created it. Whether you can see a copyright symbol or not (it’s not a requirement!), if you re-use an image you find floating about...

While you can get some rather beautiful photographs for free nowadays (see my post here to find out more about that), sometimes you need to pay to get the perfect pic for what you need. In my experience, you can find some fabulous, not too ‘stocky’ stock...

Day forty... something 🤣🙈 Well I’ve been u Day forty... something 🤣🙈
Well I’ve been using all my creative energies on heaps of website designing this week yet again. This seems to be a pattern at the moment, so as I can’t show you that work (yet!), I might try to at least post something that has creatively inspired me each day ✨

I’ve lost track of time. Day...43? I think that’s technically where I’m meant to be at. It’s been a crazy week, and Instagram dropped off my radar, but I have been creating! I’ve been busy on 3 different websites, helped facilitate a website workshop for the project I’m working on with Bath Mind, made pizza from scratch and created this thing of beauty for Mother’s Day: Malteser Cheesecake. Mmmm 🤤
.
I’m hoping to be back sharing more often again this week! Xx

✨Day 32/100✨ The Twilight Zone . I went for my ✨Day 32/100✨ The Twilight Zone
.
I went for my walk today at twilight. The space where light and dark meet and create a pocket of stillness and beauty all of their own. Mist clung to the trees and shrouded the distant houses I could see around the edges of the fields. The melodic tones of a song thrush echoed around me as it called in the night, eventually giving way to the soft hooting of a waking owl.
🌙
It was a beautiful moment, and yet another reminder of what’s around me if I just stop to look 💕
